YIFA:We can provide the samples as your requirements if you need.But we should charge the samples,after you place your big order,we can return the sample fee to you .
Q:What's your generally packaging?What can you do for me If the windows were damaged when I open the container ?
YIFA: with carton and protective film first and then put all windows in the wood box.It's suitable and safety for shipment.If the windows were damaged when you received,Please send us photo for our checking and we will replace you new one freely.
Q : This is my first time to import windows/Doors, I don't know how to import?
