Q: How can I get the quotation?
A: Please kindly send the window size or plan drawing, and the style you like to get the quotation.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: 5 years quality warranty and 24 hours after-sale service are provided.
Q: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: Usually, we use the packing is bubble bag + wooden frame. Also can changed into wooden / plywood case + bubble bag according to your requirements.
If the items were damaged when you received, please kindly send us the photo. We will claim for compensation or resent you the new one immediately.
Q: Can I place the sample order?
A: Sure, sample order is available. But the charge of delivery fee need to be pay by client.
Q: What's the payment way and payment terms?
A: Usually we use MIC Trade Assurance Order, T/T, Western Union, Paypal and Cash.
30~50% deposit for the production and balance must be pay before shipping.
