Q1:How to get a price?
A:The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you.
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Surface treatment / color;
3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others,with Argon or without).

Q2: All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls? 
A:Yes,all the doors & windows include frames,Just Installing the windows and doors on wall is OK.

Q3.What kinds of packing do you have? 
A:There are three kinds of packing,such as bubble bag,bubble bag+wooden frame,bubble bag+wooden case.If full container,we advise to use bubble bag,it can save more space and hold more goods in the same container.Usually,the packing is bubble bag+wooden frame.The best packing is bubble bag+wooden case,some bulk cargo and some developed countries,such as USA,Australia and some countries in Europe,need wooden case packing,because their special requirement and wooden case can protect the goods very well.
Usually our packaging is the safest transportation packaging.

Q4: What is the delivery time ?
A: 15 days for the standard color and 35 days for the customized. It depends on the details.

Q5:What should we do if we buy goods, but we don't know a forwarder?
We can help you find the most affordable freight forwarding channel to provide this service. But we do not bear the risk of cargo transportation by sea.

A: Normally we accept 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, please contact with us.
